The first buildings were completed in 2000 (with the final batch being completed during summer 2003), and depending on the type of dwelling, all have a parking space, garden or terrace. All have a sitting cum dining room with sofa-bed; air conditioning; dishwasher; remote controlled colour television; breakfast bar; fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, fridge-freezer, iron and ironing board; utility room with automatic washing machine; washing room with hanging space; complete bathrooms (the 2 & 3 bedroom duplexes have two bathrooms each); bedroom have fitted wardrobes; bedclothes; tastefully decorated.

It includes linens and towels changed weekly.

The complex has its own swimming pool, gardens, parks and walks, and also has direct access to the beaches situated only three minutes walk away.
Each apartment has its own parking slot, with entry to the parking controlled by automatic barrier.
